I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were always nice and clean but staying close to the elevator in rooms #07, 09, & 10 meant hearing it every time it got close. The daily rate of $500 was a bit high for what was offered.

The service was a bit lacking as the staff seemed understaffed and grumpy. However, they did provide parking assistance whenever we arrived back, which was a plus.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. However, some areas in the shower could have been cleaner.

Returning to my room, I found it clean, but the comfort level could be improved. The service from the valet guys, front desk, and restaurant team was excellent. The location was superb with easy access to downtown attractions. The dining experience was worth the cost, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas to enhance.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nicely appointed and pretty quiet, exactly what I needed. They were fully-equipped with all the essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, safe, iron, and blow dryer. The service was outstanding, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Chattanooga, with everything within easy walking distance. The dining experience was good, although I expected a bit more. Overall, a great value for the price.
